Entry engagement · $10M–$1.5B revenue

See the whole picture before you commit to anything.

The right first step for a contractor who wants to understand the full position, on both sides, before committing to a comprehensive study.

The exposure and the opportunity are in the same records.

Most companies discover their contract-side exposure and their tax-side opportunity at different times, from different advisers, in the wrong order.

The Diagnostic reads your federal acquisition posture and your asset and tax position together, in one pass, and reports them as one document. You see what threatens the contracts that fund the company and what recovery is sitting unclaimed, ranked against each other rather than in separate conversations.

What it is

One partner-led read, three dimensions.

01

Your federal acquisition posture under FAR and CAS, and where the compliance exposures sit.

02

Your fixed-asset and federal tax posture, and where the recoverable positions sit.

03

A sequenced set of recommendations that follows from the first two, exposure first.

It is a read, not a filing-ready study. It tells you where the exposures and the recoverable positions are, and what to do about each, in priority order.

Scope

What we read.

Your largest federal contracts, your fixed-asset register, and your most recent federal return with its depreciation schedules.

What you receive

One document.

A single Diagnostic Report, delivered as a PDF: the read, the findings it surfaces, and the recommendations they trigger. You receive the report. We do not share workpapers or system access.

Who it is for

Contractors from $10M to $1.5B.

The Diagnostic serves government contractors and asset-heavy manufacturers across the middle market. Above $1.5B in revenue, engagements are custom-scoped. Contractors at $50M and above with active DCAA exposure can also enter directly through FAR Phase 1.

The Diagnostic is a single fixed fee, set before work begins. There are no ranges, no hourly billing, and no contingency pricing. The fee is quoted in writing, in the proposal, after a short scoping conversation.

Let’s go!

One register. Two regulators. No remainder.

Start with a scoped Diagnostic, or go straight to FAR Phase 1. Either way, we read the contract side first.
